Return Policy

Here at Husqvarna OUTLET, we firmly stand behind all the products and/or services that we offer to our customers.  We firmly believe that a company shouldn't sell products that they wouldn't buy themselves. For this very reason, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all purchases. To be eligible for a refund, all products must be returned within 30 days from their original date of departure, the day the package is given to shipping carrier.

Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and may differ depending on product and/or customer's location. Custom made products are non-refundable/returnable and other products may have a re-stocking fee of up to 25%.  ALL International orders are non-refundable/returnable.  Husqvarna OUTLET is not responsible for any damages to product caused during shipping. 

If you need to return a product, please call 1(800) 986-9049 or email CustomerService@HusqvarnaOUTLET.com for complete instructions on how to return your product(s). If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify Husqvarna OUTLET by phone or email before your product(s) are shipped.  All shipping fees are non-refundable once product(s) are shipped.   

Buyer is responsible for re-packaging products properly for return shipping and is also responsible for return shipping cost.
